Maintenance Plans

As of March 1, 2016 all owners of cooling towers will be required to implement a maintenance program and plan developed in accordance with ASHRAE 188-2015.

All maintenance plans must include a schedule for routine bacteriological sampling and analysis, appropriate responses for results, emergency Legionella sample collection procedures and a litany of additional information.

We have partnered with other industry leaders in developing customized maintenance plans for towers of all shapes and sizes. In fact, we take pride in our ability to work with multiple water treatment services as well as HVAC service providers to construct the ideal team for each of our clients.
